In order to better learn about Alibaba's unique Alibaba culture, values, and mature management experience, Sun Wen, Chairman of Meishen Technology, led a team to Alibaba's Xixi Park from January 20th to 22nd, 2024, under the leadership of the benchmark enterprise inspection organizer, Medier, to benchmark and learn about Alibaba's corporate culture construction, value shaping, and management.
In order to better learn about Alibaba's unique Alibaba culture, values, and mature management experience, Sun Wen, Chairman of Meishen Technology, led a team to Alibaba's Xixi Park from January 20th to 22nd, 2024, under the leadership of the benchmark enterprise inspection organizer, Medier, to benchmark and learn about Alibaba's corporate culture construction, value shaping, and management.
At the Alibaba Tourist Reception Center, we used a classroom scenario based teaching model to learn about the major events and important processes of Alibaba's development, and experienced Alibaba's unique culture such as Taobao's inverted culture, Alibaba's martial arts culture, one year of "fragrance", three years of "mellow", and five years of "aging" wine culture, war robe walls, Alibaba's 3-hour public welfare, and 510 Alibaba days.
The three-day training was organized in groups for participants to learn and discuss. We have learned the three axes of management - the head three axes, the waist three axes, and the legs three axes. The cultivation methods include pulling hair, looking in the mirror, smelling the smell, Alibaba's organizational development path, and enterprise document construction. What does it look like to practice depicting the vision of the meishen? We also rehearsed how to praise employees and set expectations for them. Each group actively spoke up and participated, and goal management and performance management also gave us a lot of inspiration. Each subsidiary and functional department rehearsed their strategic goals for 2024, and discussed how to carry out their main battlefields, campaigns, and battles. Mr. Sun provided feedback and guidance, and each group further clarified the work direction and path of the group and its subsidiaries for 2024. We learn in happiness and grow in learning.
One of our corporate values is to study hard. Chairman Sun Wen once said, "The attitude towards learning should be like treating three meals a day as a necessity, not as optional as eating health supplements."
